a painting program like mspaint, allows the user to make and edit ingame pictures that can then be used on the ingame computers. most of minux's pictures are made using this program.

when installed trough apt the program can be found in /bin/pain.sh, you can run it without arguments and load a file using the in-program menu or run it with a file as argument to directly open that file.
